Refund & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may receive a credit that can be used for a future event. This credit must be used within 30 days of the original booking date and is non-transferable.
Age Requirements
Our events are designed for a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
Guests under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that some sessions may be more suitable for adults.
